* The customer portal provides the following services:
- Cards management (account statement, add a new card)
- . Bill Payment: provide bill payment service to customers: Pay bills to the private sector associated with the Sama system for electronic payment or through the Syrian Payments Company for the government sector and recurring bills.
- . Approval of one of the cards as the main card to carry out all operations from its balance.
- . Request a Card Verification Code (CVC) or Personal Identification Number (PIN).
- . Reporting lost, stolen or damaged cards (making the card on the list of suspended, cancelled, or damaged) and the possibility of creating a new card automatically with a new card number associated with the same account.
- . Send an SMS notification upon successful processing to block a lost or stolen card.
